Before you write
These are the questions buyers ask most often.
Where is your plant, and can we visit it?
Our plant is in Qixian County, Shanxi — one of China's two main glassware clusters. Visits and third-party inspections are welcome. The plant is about six hours by road from Qingdao and Tianjin, and we will arrange the schedule around your trip.
What is your minimum order quantity?
For stock shapes we can start from one mixed carton per item, which lets you test several lines in a single order. Custom moulds usually start at 1,000–3,000 pcs per shape because a new mould has to be cut.
Can you print our logo or make our own designs?
Yes. Decal printing, gold and silver rims, spray colours, frosted finishes and custom gift packaging are all available. Send artwork or a reference photo and we will tell you what is achievable on each shape.
How long do samples and production take?
Stock samples ship in 3–7 days. Custom samples take 15–25 days including mould making. Bulk production runs 25–40 days after deposit. The schedule is confirmed in writing with the order.
What are your payment terms?
T/T 30% deposit with the 70% balance before shipment. For large repeat orders we also accept L/C at sight.
How do you prevent breakage in transit?
Export cartons with individual dividers and five-layer corrugated board, shipped on palletised loads. We agree the packing method with you before production and can supply drop-test evidence for a new item.
Do you supply test reports for our market?
Tell us the destination country and the product range. We will confirm which documents we can provide and arrange the required testing before you order.
Which markets do you already export to?
Our glassware ships to buyers across Europe, North America, the Middle East, Russia and Central Asia, Australia and Japan, mainly through importers, distributors and homeware brands.
